New Art

Recently, I painted this picture. It's the same style of the other girl I made. You know the one I'm talking about. With the black hair? Well, I really liked that style. I painted this for my school's art contest, and I won the "Best in 6th grade" award. Sorry, this isn't a great picture.

Scotland Adventures!!

I know I have already done several posts on vacations, but this one, I must tell you about. I was born in Scotland, so I went to Scotland for the summer holiday! We took about a bazillion pictures, but I only selected a few.

This is me and my dad in front of the place where I was born.
This is the place where J.K Rolling wrote Harry Potter. ( Julia was tired from walking around )
We got to ride a double-decker bus! I'm holding a can of Irn Brew, it's a kind of soda they drink there.
We were very tired after flying across the world! (Well, I was.)

Finally There!

Moab, Utah...

In May, my family and some of our friends go to Moab, in southern Utah. We go see the red rock arches, play in the sand dunes, and there's even an Arts festival that we go look around. These pictures are from several years ago, but they still show the awesome red rocks!
This is me. We walked around a lot, so occasionally you have to rest.
Julia was so little then! She's exploring the dunes.
My dad hiked to Delicate Arch.
Chloe, relaxing on the sandy hill. ( It takes FOREVER to shake the sand out of your pants.
Well, I can't wait to go to Moab this year. I'm gonna post some pictures on it in May!

Summer Camp

Last summer, everyone in my grade got to go to a summer camp up in the mountains. Lost of others schools were there, too. You got to do fun camp activities, like campfire, hikes, and games. (There was also a zip line!) And you slept in a tent with your friends. Here are my pictures from camp big springs. (Sorry, not great quality)

Photography Assignment

Around October, everyone in my class was given an assignment to turn in 5 different pictures of things that explain the change from fall to summer. Considering that I never really take any pictures, these are pretty good.

Thank you, Thank you.......
